Yoga with Sharan offers slower-paced classes working with beginners, and older students who are drawn to yoga by the physical and mental benefits that might feel more and more significant with age. Their vision is to inspire students through the practice of yoga to connect with their own personal wisdom, healing abilities and expansive potential. Yoga is simply about opening the channels in the body to let energy flow freely. It's about calming the mind through focus on the breath. And it's about building strong and supple muscles and joints.
ABOUT SHARAN
Sharan is a 550-hour RYT certified yoga instructor, a wellness blogger, and a YouTube partner. She has practiced yoga since 2001 and has been teaching since 2013.
